a welcome visitor

My beautiful friend Amanda came down from the Gold coast last weekend and we were lucky enough to spend a whole day together roaming around melbourne, playing on cbd apartment balconies, shopping, drinking copious amounts of tea, watching local bands and catching up with friends over coffee. She has incredible style and is a dream to photograph. 

Unfortunately we don't get to see a whole lot of each other at the moment but hopefully this changes soon when she moves back to Melbourne! She inspires me every time I see her.

So after a long time of religiously following so many lovely bloggers I thought it was quite over due that I created my own! so here I am - My name is Caitlin, I am a 19 year old photo taker ( i'm steering clear of the word 'photographer' as i seriously lack the knowledge and skill to be throwing the word around so pretentiously!) vintage enthusiast and fashion lover living in Melbourne, Australia. 

Here i will post little snippets of my day to day life - anything from outfit posts, time spent with friends, my house, work, my travels etc. basically a little online diary in which i will hopefully be motivated to keep updated!
